• Use su inteligencia emocional donde genere empatía y construya una buena relación favoreciendo así el proceso de persuasión.

• Utilice la comunicación no verbal, a menudo será la forma más eficiente de relacionarse con el cliente.

• Intente siempre el contacto en persona, esa es la forma más eficaz de persuadir. Si es posible, evite el correo electrónico, teléfono, etc.

Las personas que más tienen el poder de la persuasión son las que más ejercitan la habilidad de escuchar.

Utilice el ritmo y el tono de voz adecuado. No hable despacio, pero tampoco demasiado rápido, y uniendo eso una generosa dosis de entusiasmo.

Ejercite más la persuasión pues esa habilidad te traerá un mayor índice de conversión en tus negociaciones.
